Oculus HR is a vibrant and growing HR business based in Sunderland. It offers HR advice, policies and procedures, employee engagement and psychometric testing.
With a desire to continue to grow and branch out into new sectors, Oculus HR partnered with McDonough Marketing Communications to set out a marketing strategy for lead generation.

What we did

Natasha created a marketing plan focussed on developing two key sectors for Oculus HR. The plan included many different touch points and methods including blogging, social, email marketing and exhibiting at a trade event.

The Results

All marketing methods lead potential clients to a networking and educational event covering a hot HR topic, all ran by Louise Kennedy, Oculus HR’s Managing Director.
