Shine Video Interviewing Software was launched in 2015 by David Copple. David needed a Marketing Consultant to shape a global marketing strategy, launch a website and then run marketing campaigns to generate leads.

The Work:

We started by exploring the existing marketplace and running a full competitor analysis on global competitors. We also did a thorough situational analysis and explored the various sectors that the video interviewing software would be ideal for.

A fully responsive website, was launched and a striking brand created by MMC Associate, Absolute. The branded needed to stand-out and feature the kind of people who would be using the platform – from the candidates through to the recruiters. The chosen brand brought the platform to life and was also carried across flyers, banner stands, business cards and social media design.

A strong SEO structure was identified as being key to ensuring that the website was found within google and inbounds leads could be generated.

Through Natasha McDonough’s existing contacts, Shine was also introduced to many of the region’s leading contact centres and their recruiters, and solid relationships have now been formed with key businesses within the region.

MMC now run Shine’s regular marketing strategy and plans including:

  • Management of SEO and any PPC campaigns

  • Sales assets – presentations, exhibition materials, brochures

The Results:

Shine is now speaking to global brands regarding their video interviewing and visits to the website and inbound leads are increasing month on month. The target number for its digital community on social media was also reached before target.

A CRM system was put into place and a sales strategy rolled out, with the pipeline needed for a strong launch.
