Willow Hudson opened its doors for business in February 2015 and took off to a flying start. A recruitment specialist focussing on Sales and Marketing roles within the North East.
With a desire to stand out from the large, national recruiters, Willow Hudson needed a strategy and plan put into place. The successful start-up company needed to have a clear direction to keep winning new clients as well as gaining trust and commitment from candidates.

The Outcome

Natasha McDonough wrote a detailed strategy to facilitate brand awareness, market share and gain trust and recognition across the North East. Brand recommendations included introducing a strapline and tone for all communications.
A SWOT analysis was prepared as well as a situational review and recommendations for sector focus.
Digital marketing strategy was equally important to generate leads, create interest and increase market share.
A Marketing Plan was then created for Willow Hudson, exploring social, blogging, newsletters, infographic downloads, webinars, corporate events and exhibitions. Natasha also provided key milestones for Willow Hudson to work towards.
A carefully selected group of North East based MMC Associates were then used to get the brand, development and a strong SEO plan put into place.
