When we’re not at home concentrating on client delivery, we love to meet up as a team to spark ideas and innovation – often involving lunch. We love trying new places to eat across the North East, where most of us are based. We also welcome the opportunity to jump on a train and travel to our clients’ favourite lunch spots – on us, of course!
Mental wellbeing at the heart of everything
Something we’re proud of as a company is the fact we really care about the mental health of our people and those that we work with. There are no token efforts here; it really is front and centre when it comes to our business decision making. It’s one of the reasons we were in the top 50 places to work in the North East.
We also volunteer our time to run mental health business surveys; and our Founder, Natasha McDonough, sits on a mental wellbeing board in her spare time.
