We always start any marketing strategy by conducting research to understand the market in which you operate. This will include research on market trends, including any opportunities and gaps in the marketplace. We have an inhouse desk researcher, with decades of experience in unveiling data for all types of market sectors and countries around the globe.

Competitor Analysis

The competitor analysis that we carry out for clients includes a full review of all their marketing activity both online and offline. We’ll review your competitors’ strengths and weaknesses and of course look for any opportunities and threats. It’s amazing what you can reveal about a competitor by looking at their activity through a marketing strategists’ eye! We’ve had clients create new pricing structures and subsequent revenue streams as a result of the competitor analysis we’ve conducted!

Understanding your stakeholder and buyer personas

Whether you’re looking to engage at a deeper level with your internal or external stakeholders or generate leads with potential buyers, our research team will help define your audience’s personality, what their pain points are, what their desires are, and how they wish to be communicated with. Marketing strategy creation
