Gradvert was going for investment for their next stage of development, and it was critical for the young company to have a solid marketing plan in place to show to investors. Mentoring and management of their small marketing team was also required.
While the company was already generating leads, it wasn’t bringing in enough to grow the business to the next level.
Through running marketing workshops, interviews with the team and analysis of their marketing data, MMC pulled together a full marketing strategy. The main focus of the strategy was generating more quality inbound leads through development of the brand and elevating the company as a whole.
During our research, it became apparent that Gradvert would have a stronger brand if the company’s two separate arms – training and recruitment – were consolidated. Our initial focus was therefore helping the company build a new brand.
In order to generate more inbound leads, it was also critical to improve the company’s SEO and PPC. We therefore created quality content that was optimised for SEO and ran accompanying PPC campaigns.
The MMC strategy and plan took Gradvert from receiving around 3-5 inbound enquiries a month through to over 70 a month within a year.
Gradvert is now a well-recognised brand and a chosen skills partner to an increasing number of national clients including Sharps Bedrooms, The Works, British Athletics and Polygon.
