OculusHR is a vibrant and growing HR business based in Sunderland. The company offers HR advice, policies and procedures, employee engagement and psychometric testing.

With a desire to continue to grow and branch out into new sectors, OculusHR partnered with MMC to set out a marketing strategy for lead generation.

The Work

Having worked with OculusHR since 2018, we most recently launched their new website. This consisted of mapping out the new website, writing the copy and project managing the whole project with OculusHR’s own developer.

The Results

The website was produced on time and on budget and with an increased number of leads incoming month on month. OculusHR has started to attract clients outside of the North East who have found the growing company through online searches/SEO.
