Saggezza is a technology services company that designs and develops software solutions for ambitious organisations that want to gain a competitive edge in their market.

The growing company has offices in India, Chicago and Sunderland and over 600 staff that build cutting-edge applications for some of the largest businesses in the world.

The Work

Our goal is to make sure Saggezza is an employer of choice and promote the opportunities available to both graduates and experienced hires.

We were initially contracted to run a marketing and communications campaign in conjunction with Creo Communications for 0Gravity, a code club targeted at 9–13 year olds. The club’s goal is to encourage local children to develop a passion for coding. Originating in India, 0Gravity was the first club of its kind in the region.

After the successful launch of 0Gravity, we were contracted to support Saggezza’s global recruitment team in making the company an employer of choice.

Our approach has included a social media campaign that generates interest for the company’s roles in the UK, the US, and India. We’ve also worked with Saggezza’s international HR teams to improve the job adverts on their careers site to help recruit top talent from around the world.

MMC works as Saggezza’s marketing team, daily supporting their employer branding, social media and marketing campaigns.

The Results

0Gravity now has a waiting list in place for future courses. Creo got the event coverage on BBC Look North as well as wide regional press for the launch event, which also attracted key regional skills stakeholders.

In just three months, organic traffic to Saggezza’s careers site has increased 12%, with a 231% increase in website click-throughs from Twitter and 26% more LinkedIn click-throughs.
