Shine Video Interviewing Software was launched in 2015. The young software start-up needed help shaping a global marketing strategy, launching a website, and then running marketing campaigns to generate leads.

The Work

We started by exploring the existing marketplace and running a full analysis of global competitors. We also did a thorough situational analysis and explored the various sectors that Shine’s video interviewing software would be ideal for.

We worked with design company, Absolute, to create a dynamic new brand and develop a fully responsive website for the company. We focussed on bringing the platform to life through high-quality images of the kind of people who would be using the platform.

The new brand was also carried out across flyers, banner stands, business cards and social media design.

We also optimised Shine’s new website for SEO to ensure it would show up in the Google search results for its target keywords and generate as many inbound leads as possible.

Through MMC’s existing contacts, Shine was also introduced to many of the region’s leading contact centres and their recruiters. They’ve gone on to form solid relationships with key businesses within the region.

The Results

The first major client Shine attracted was Nissan, who commented on the clear message on their website. They also gained Matalan as a client. The target we set for the company’s digital community on social media was also reached ahead of schedule.
