Recently, The Journal revealed the ‘50 Best Places to Work in the North East for 2019’ list. Nominated companies are scored on a range of factors from staff development to how they look after their employees’ mental health. The aim of the initiative is to make the North East a great place to live and work.
And we’re proud to announce that we have been placed in the No. 43 spot!
We have grown so much over the last three years – expanding from one person to a team of five. Along the way we’ve created a culture that celebrates a family friendly working environment. We’re a close knit group who puts excellence and client care first, whilst ensuring each other’s well being. No two days are the same, which makes our office an exciting place to work and we always encourage one another to be creative and voice our opinions.
MMC offers flexible work patterns so that the team can focus on what’s important to them outside of the office – in the words of our Managing Director, Natasha, “sports days and school plays are must attend events”. Natasha knew that when she began to employ people she wanted to create a working environment that made her team feel like valued individuals.
